  • What is registration?
    By registering on the site, you provide personal data for storage in the customer database of the miligus.com online store These data are required for fast and high-quality processing of orders and payments. Your personal information is protected and not transferred to third parties. If necessary, you can delete your personal account and all data stored in it.
  • Benefits for registered users
    In your personal account you can: monitor the status of current orders; securely store information about previous orders; save products that you expect to be manufactured and receive notifications about their availability for sale. Information about the subscription to the product is stored in the personal account for a year; edit personal data.
  • If the size does not fit
    You can exchange or return the product within 14 days from the day of purchase. The product must be new and clean. Check the reference date on the delivery receipt (save it for this period) or in your personal account (if you are a registered user and made the purchase by logging in to the website). You can exchange the product for the same product in a different size (or color), or for another product of the same value. The customer pays for the delivery of the product to us. And we send you clothes back at our expense. In all other exchange options (for other products with a different value), we recommend making a return and ordering another product separately. It is important that the quality appearance of the product is preserved. If the product shows signs of use, has no tags, is dirty (dust/dirt, animal hair, traces of deodorant or cosmetics), we will not be able to exchange it. Processing of exchanges is carried out within 5 working days from the day of receiving the package. To exchange, please fill out the form located in the last section of this page. This will help us quickly navigate and make a reservation for the replacement product. Please send the products for exchange by Nova Poshta_Lviv, branch 39 or by Ukrposhta 79004 After receiving your package, we will send you back the correct size.   • If you need to return the purchase

We will send the money after receiving the product: if the payment had been made online - from 1 to 5 working days (bank processing), but usually this happens within 10 minutes. If it had been cash, everything will be quick, all we need is your card number; Please note: products of our brand purchased at other stores or marketplaces can only be returned where the receipt had been issued to you.
  • Products that cannot be exchanged or returned
    No headwear from our assortment can be exchanged or returned. Products with signs of use, soiled with cosmetics, animal hair, products from which hanging and/or sewn-on tags have been removed/cut off are not subject to exchange or return.
  • Application form for product return/exchange
    If you have read the details in the sections above and would like to exchange or return an item, please fill out the form below. In case of returning the product, do not forget to fill out the Product Return Application and attach it to the return package. Right after that, send the corresponding product by Nova Poshta: Lviv, branch 39 or Ukrposhta 79004 The delivery of the product to us for exchange is paid by the customer, the package will fly back to you at our expense.   • Processing orders
    We process online orders Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The processing period for standard orders is up to 3 working days. Regarding ordering products for pre-sale - look for the deadline in the description of the specific product or count on at least 7-14 working days. The minimum order amount is UAH 500. If you have placed two or more orders and want to combine them into one, you can do so by calling +380 (97) 387 71 85. If during the completion of your order it is found that the product you ordered is missing - the operator will contact you to agree on the next steps (even if you asked not to call). Delivery terms - according to the terms specified for delivery within Ukraine by the operators "Nova poshta" or "Ukrposhta". Payment for delivery is made according to the prices of Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. The declared value of the package is always equal to the actual order price. WARNING! If you ordered delivery to the Nova Poshta parcel locker, the package must be picked up within three calendar days. If this period expires, Nova Poshta automatically takes the package to its nearest branch. Nova Poshta will inform you about this transfer. After the transfer, payment for receiving the package is made at the rates of the branches. The package is stored free of charge for 7 days.
  • Terms of delivery at our expense within Ukraine
    Delivery at our expense can only be carried out within Ukraine and two conditions must be met: the order price is more than UAH 5000; delivery - to a branch or parcel locker of Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta; Please note that if you pay for your order in cash upon receipt, you will pay an additional fee: Nova Poshta — UAH 20+2% for money transfer. Ukrposhta — 1-2% + UAH 7 for money transfer.
  • Self-pickup
    Self-pickup of online orders is possible in Lviv from our warehouse at 45B Stryiska Str. If the status of your order is "Packed", you are welcome to pick up your package on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pickup orders can only be paid online and upon pickup.
  • PAYMENT
    You can pay for your order online through the electronic payment service (by bank card details, using GPay or ApplePay) - safely and without any fees. Make sure in advance that the amount in your account is sufficient to pay for the order, and also check the monthly spending limit that you have set for online purchases. We take care of the security of your payments and do not accept payments to private bank cards! WARNING! Your bank may charge additional fees for international transfers when paying by card.
